Through expert diplomacy, Dr. Dumitrescu supports Romanians embracing their new country and those at home, aspiring to lead fruitful lives. Prior to the post in Torino, Dr. Dumitrescu was the Consul General of România in Los Angeles where he promoted cooperation within the US and Romania in politics, education, business, economics, science, research, IT, and trade.
